CAPTURIZE

Each school will be represented by one participant only.
Participants must essentially carry along their own cameras and laptops for post-processing.
The participants can click any number of photographs but only a prescribed number should be chosen for judgement. The required number of photograph entries will be foretold at the venue itself.
The picture is to be clicked in an already speciﬁed area in the school premises.
Standard post-processing i.e., ten percent of adjustment in image size, color, brightness, contrast and sharpness as well as other basic touch ups maybe made as per the participant’s choice. Any artiﬁcial editing would be a reason for direct disqualiﬁcation.
The topics and theme will be assigned at the venue.
Fifty minutes will be provided for clicking the photographs and thirty minutes for editing.
Participants are required to explain the submitted photographs in brief to the judges.

The participants should try not to use ﬂash light but ambient light as doing otherwise would lead to some penalty.
The participant would be awarded for his use of creativity, composition of the picture, and its over-all impact i.e., choosing the right exposure and focus.
The use of mobile phones would serve for direct disqualiﬁcation.
